ARMHS is covered by Medical Assistance. For eligible clients, there is nothing to pay.

No Out-of-Pocket Costs
If you qualify for Medical Assistance, ARMHS services are fully covered. There are no copays, no deductibles, and no bills sent to you.
How Billing Works
- 1. We verify your coverage. Before services begin, we confirm your MA plan is active and covers ARMHS.
- 2. We document each visit. Your worker records the services provided and the goals worked on.
- 3. We bill your plan directly. Claims go straight to your health plan. You never receive an invoice.
- 4. We follow up on issues. If a claim is denied or your coverage changes, our team handles it and keeps you informed.
Privacy & Security
Your information is protected by HIPAA and stored in encrypted systems. We share health information only with your care team and only as permitted by law or by your written consent.
Your billing rights
Federal and Minnesota law protect you from surprise and balance billing, and if you are uninsured or paying yourself, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of your costs.
