What we collect: contact details you provide through our forms, information supplied by a referring provider, insurance details, and clinical documentation created while delivering services.

How we use it: to determine eligibility, coordinate care with your treatment team, submit claims to your health plan, and meet licensing and audit requirements.

How we share it: only with your care team, your health plan, or as required by law. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we store it: in encrypted, access-controlled systems. Website form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and are not stored on the public web server.

As a client of Holding Arms you have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to take part in creating your own treatment plan, and to refuse or end services at any time.

You have the right to review your records, request a correction, ask for a list of disclosures, and request that we communicate with you in a specific way.

You have the right to services free of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

To file a complaint, contact our HR & Compliance Specialist. You may also file a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Human Services or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. We will never retaliate against you for filing one.
